Chile has a really rich culture and English is widely understood. There is a massive variety of attractions and the climate and landscape are really diverse so you can accomodate alot of different activities and challenges. Unfortunately your son won't be able to do the CoPE Level 3 certificate as part of the portfolio needs to be completed before volunteers leave the country.
