Booking Form & Terms

 

How to book a package:

 

1. Decide when you want to travel how long you want to stay with us and which itinerary you want to do.

 

2. Decide whether you want to do any additional adventure activities e.g. Scuba diving or trekking Kilimanjaro, Mt Kenya or Mt Kinabalu. Then add this to your list.

 

3. Next thing is to book up and secure your place with us. You can download a booking form which you need to complete, sign and return to us with a deposit of £250. Payment can be made by cheque, debit card or credit card. Payments made by credit card will incur an additional 1.5% charge. Cheques should be made payable to Camps International Limited.

 

 

4. Once we receive your booking form, we will confirm your place. You will receive a booking confirmation outlining the balance payment date.

 

5. Once your place is confirmed, you should organise your flight. You can contact our flight providers, Bath Travel, on 01202 761278 or shop around. If you choose to book with Bath Travel, they will give you a competitive rate and try to ensure that you travel with other Camps International travellers.

 

6. If you need personal travel insurance (you must have cover in place before you depart), you can use our recommended insurance cover with Campbell Irvine, or shop around.
