We are a world leader in responsible travel with a unique, community based operating model. We operate a permanent network of international volunteer camps in the heart of rural communities and wildlife conservation areas in Kenya, Tanzania, Borneo, Cambodia and Ecuador that act as a permanent source of income for the local communities and a base from which to run over 100 sustainable projects. We commit year round to our projects, offering fully supported, safe responsible travel experiences ranging from 1 to 12 weeks that really make a lasting difference.

Family Volunteering:
Our Family Life trip is especially designed for families that want to share unique and rewarding experiences that would not be possible on a conventional holiday. This trip is a great way to experience new cultures, meet new people and see a part of the world that the children may never learn about at school.

Specialist Expeditions:
Whether you are a healthcare professional, and architect or designer, or sports professional, our specialist expeditions are ideal for individuals and groups, giving you the chance to showcase your skills and expertise in a challenging environment, working together to make a massive positive difference to poor rural communities. These trips provide you with unlimited scope for personal and professional development as well as amazing experiences!

Charity Expeditions:
Our charity expeditions are not for the faint-hearted: they will push you out of your comfort zone as you work together as a team to complete ambitious projects against the clock. These expeditions involve an element of fundraising for our charity, to provide ongoing support for our sustainable projects.
