Camp Ecuador is open for business
Yipididoodahday (how is that spelt?): Camp Maqui is up and running and has Gappers in it as I type. It has been a reasonably long journey with a few twists and turns, but in this case it is the destination not the journey itself that is important. The guys have had a little tour of the northern highlands of Ecuador, visited the Equator, trekked around a crater lake, visited Otavalo market (and spent money), stayed with an indigenous community, ridden a llama and are now established in what will be their home for the next few weeks. More photos of the camp to follow in the next few weeks.
