School Expeditions to the North Pole – not really

January 23rd, 2013 by James

I just had to share the distress of one of our school expedition managers this morning. Not because I’m mean (well yes of course that), but here she is, the wonderful Anna who seems to have been finding the iciest snow filled car parks in Staffordshire and then having to dig herself out. Dearest Anna is also trying to claim that the snow was very thick but as you can see its only a few inches very similar to  the rest of the UK and no-one else deemed it necessary to share their problems with us. I would however love to know where she found the shovel from, is it the one she keeps in her boot so her team keep in line.

Keep up the good work Anna, as usual showing the Camps dedication to go the extra mile/inch is part of the package.

Snow Dedicated

Annabelle Goodfellas” Mayhew we salute you!!!

Just to be clear that ‘snow’ was in fact very very compacted and resembled only that of an ice rink….you did not mention Jim that it took me an HOUR and A HALF to free myself from that death trap car park and I fell about 6 times!!!! Poor me!! Ha ha I’m definitely meant for sunnier climates I know I’d rather be at one of our camps right now that’s for sure!

Oh Mayhew. Stop making such a fuss!! It’s not just you who has been
inconvenienced by the snow. I had to cancel a hair appointment on
Saturday…CANCEL! And I ‘almost’ slipped over heading in to
Tesco…thankfully I stopped myself and continued with my shopping
mission…a bottle of red to take home and curl up in front of the TV
with… in my lovely warm PJS. So you see! You’re not the only one who was
    been effected here ;) xx
