Camps International values passion, drive and integrity – do you?

We are looking for a target driven individual who’ll love the Camps ethos and working culture to offer our expedition experiences into new schools.

So – what does the role look like?

It’s a varied role you will be required to pick up the phone and book new appointments with schools and conduct a number of presentations with teachers, students and their parents and will be working to individual and team targets. Make no mistake, this role may require lengthy drives to various parts of the country and can mean staying away from home.

As part of your role, you’ll also be required to provide the high standard of attention and care to the schools, teachers and students leading up to, during and following their expedition –this not only differentiates Camps from other operators on the market but ensures the best experiences for our students, their schools and family.

We’re a team here at Camps so you’ll also need to ‘muck in’ as and when needed to support other teams when needed – and why? because they will for you! It’s that kinda place.

What does a Camps International Expedition Coordinator/Presenter need?

    • Commitment to operate with passion, drive and integrity - these are our company values and the basis on which all Camps staff conduct themselves
    • Proven sales experience - ideally in the travel sector
    • Results orientation
    • Self driven with the capacity to work with limited supervision
    • Superb communication skills – telephone manner, written proposals and presentation skills
    • Capacity to adjust your style according to your audience
    • Excellent negotiation and liaison skills
    • Did we mention meticulous administrative skills, time management and attention to detail? - seriously!
    • Computer proficient (we work on Macs!) and Microsoft Office proficient
    • Full driving license essential
    • Teamwork – we didn’t just add this in as a nice to have – at Camps we value our team culture more than the great coffee machine we have in the office!

      The other great stuff:

        • Opportunity opportunity opportunity – Camps is set to expand and with that comes opportunity for those delivering results.
        • The standard stuff... Company car, iPhone, Laptop, BUPA private healthcare cover, Pension and iPad but did we also mention:
        • Stunning offices based in the leafy market town of Ringwood. Close to gym, supermarket, major motorways and lovely country garden pubs for those summer evenings!
        • Free Parking and showers for those who like a run before or after work
        • Opportunities for international travel for those performing over and above task
