Parents Overview

Don't panic!
We understand that with our commitment to your son or daughter, we are assuming a significant responsibility and we take it very seriously. We provide opportunities for young people to develop their personal skills and accomplish extraordinary things during their time with us. This is not a holiday; it’s often a once in a lifetime opportunity and we have to make every moment count. We provide fully supported expeditions where every member of our team is dedicated to giving your son/daughter the best experience whilst prioritising their safety throughout.
Prior to visiting your child’s school we have undergone various sign off procedures and currently hold the Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge which is your reassurance that we have tried and tested safety systems in place to ensure their safety on expedition.
This expedition will provide your son or daughter with extraordinary opportunities. Life on expedition will place them in situations that cannot be replicated in the classroom and, with the opportunity to gain 70 UCAS points or a Universities Award on completion of the expedition, it will set them apart from the rest of their peers in the eyes of future employers or colleges/universities.
Whilst travelling to an exciting part of the world, they will contribute to very rewarding and important award-winning community and wildlife projects which are fun, memorable and exciting and will give them unique opportunities to integrate with new cultures, speak new languages, gain a deeper understanding of other communities, make new and lasting friendships and improve their leadership and team-working skills. They will be taking on new challenges, many of which will push them further than they think they can go but they will soon realise that they can achieve anything they set their minds to.
The unrivalled support we offer starts here in the UK with a dedicated fundraising team who are on hand to keep your child enthused and inspired in the months before the trip and to answer any concerns or queries you might have. You can contact us in a variety of different ways including facebook, twitter, instant online chat or good old-fashioned telephone. We encourage you to keep in contact with us, if we know your son/daughter is struggling with their fundraising we will do all we can to help. Payments are staggered and we can even organise personal payment plans if you need a little extra support.
We also hold an Air Travel Organisers Licence (ATOL 6608) to ensure financial protection for you.
The air holidays and flights shown are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the UK. For more information about ATOL visit the website www.atol.org.uk
