Our busy marketing department is responsible for managing and implementing our global marketing strategy. It’s a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a constantly changing workload. A key objective of our marketing efforts is to connect with our audience by creating compelling messaging and impactful designs that inspire students, teachers and parents.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Campaign Coordinator will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives and supporting day-to-day activities across multiple channels. This includes coordinating events, managing marketing assets, creating and updating sales and operational materials, and delivering digital and email campaigns. From supporting impactful digital content to designing brochures and launch videos that bring our experiences to life, this role is both creative and hands on. You’ll also receive direct support and mentorship from the Marketing Team Lead, particularly in prioritising workload and driving successful campaign delivery.

Responsibility and Duties

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring smooth delivery and performance tracking.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, deadlines and team priorities to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet objectives.
  • Email Marketing & Reporting: Support the creation of email sequences, landing pages and social posts, along with analysing the performance of email campaigns within Mailchimp.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, trade shows and sponsorships by managing event logistics, promotional materials and communication strategies, while also supporting post-event reporting and lead follow-up activities.
  • Asset Management: Keep content, visuals and key marketing materials organised and easily accessible for the team and other departments.
  • Brand Collaboration: Work with the marketing team and other departments to coordinate brand awareness efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Marketing and Sales Collateral: Design and develop engaging print and digital brochures, flyers, presentations, and other sales tools. Support the production of launch and impact videos that showcase our offering to clients and partners.
  • Team Support and Collaboration: Act as the ‘glue’ between content, design and analytical activities, ensuring all campaigns are cohesive and well-executed. Support the creation and scheduling of social media content, particularly during peak travel seasons and as cover for the digital content team. Ensure posts align with campaign goals and brand tone.
  • Website Content Updates: Update and maintain website content to ensure it is accurate, engaging and aligned with current marketing initiatives.
  • Industry Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to help adapt marketing strategies as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Manage email enquiries, process data, and assist with general administrative duties related to marketing activities.

The Person

Along with a proven background and at least one year’s experience in marketing or another relevant field you will be someone who embodies our core value of integrity, with the ability to work well within a small but fast-paced team and adapt to the dynamic needs of the company.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust your approach to various audiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • The ability to be adaptable to the changing company needs while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Great team skills, but also the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Proficiency in online marketing tools and applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp and WordPress.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • A University degree/diploma in marketing, business, graphic design or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and social media best practices.
  • Full driving license.
