BY SUBMITTING A BOOKING REQUEST, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE BOOKING CONDITIONS. THESE TERMS APPLY ONLY TO BOOKINGS MADE WITH US IN THE UNITED STATES AND COVER ALL SERVICES WE AGREE TO ARRANGE OR PROVIDE AS PART OF YOUR CONTRACT.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-leveltext=\"%1.\" data-font=\"\" data-listid=\"9\" data-list-defn-props=\"{&quot;134224900&quot;:false,&quot;335552541&quot;:0,&quot;335559685&quot;:720,&quot;335559991&quot;:360,&quot;469769242&quot;:[65533,0],&quot;469777803&quot;:&quot;left&quot;,&quot;469777804&quot;:&quot;%1.&quot;,&quot;469777815&quot;:&quot;hybridMultilevel&quot;}\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Definitions<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(a) \u201cExpedition\u201d, \u201cBooking\u201d, \u201cContract\u201d, \u201cPackage\u201d, \u201cTour\u201d, \u201cTravel Arrangements\u201d or \u201cArrangements\u201d means the services we have agreed to provide to the Organization, under the Booking.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(b) \u201cOrganizer\u201d means the first named adult taking part in the Expedition on behalf of the Organization. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(c) \u201cOrganization\u201d means the school, college, university, youth group or other Organization who makes the booking on the Participant\u2019s behalf and with whom we contract with for the provision of the Expedition. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(d) \u201cParticipant\u201d means a Participant in an Expedition (or their parent or guardian if they are under 18 when the booking is made). <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(e) \u201cParty\u201d, \u201cGroup\u201d and \u201cParticipants\u201d means all persons (or any of them) named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date). <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(f) \u201cWe\u201d, \u201cUs\u201d and \u201cOur\u201d means World Endeavors, LLC dba Camps International USA.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(g) \u201cyou\u201d and \u201cyour\u201d means the Organization and\/or the Participants as the particular context requires.\u00a0 <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong><span class=\"TextRun SCXW36226876 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW36226876 BCX0\">Making\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW36226876 BCX0\">your<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW36226876 BCX0\">\u00a0Booking<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW36226876 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(a) To make a booking, the Organization must complete our Expedition Agreement Form.\u202f This must be signed by the group Organizer.\u202f The group Organizer must be authorised to make and amend the booking, on the basis of these Booking Conditions, by the Organization and all Participants taking part in the Expedition. Each Participant must also complete our Application Form. \u202f By signing the Expedition Agreement Form, the group Organizer confirms that he\/she is so authorised. The group Organizer must be at least 18 years old when the booking is made. Each Participant is responsible for making all payments due to us, unless the Organization is making payments for the group directly to us, in which case, the Organization is responsible for payment. The group Organizer on behalf of themselves, the Organization and each Participant consents to the use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(b) The completed signed Expedition Agreement Form and the Participants\u2019 Application Forms must then be sent to us together with the payments referred to in clause 3 below.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(c) Subject to the availability of the chosen arrangements, we will confirm the Expedition by issuing an Expedition Confirmation invoice. This confirmation will be sent to the group Organizer. Please check this invoice carefully as soon as it is received.\u202f Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later.\u202f We cannot accept liability for errors unless notified within ten (10) days of sending the document (five (5) days for tickets). We will try to fix errors reported after this period, but the Organization or Participants are responsible for any associated costs.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(d) We will communicate with the Organization and Participants by email regarding the Booking. Please check email regularly. If email is unavailable, we may contact you by phone or mail; some documents may be sent by mail as needed. References in these Booking Conditions to \u201csend\u201d or \u201cin writing\u201d include email communications. \u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(e) If the Organization or Participants need to contact us regarding any matter covered by these Booking Conditions (such as a change request), please email us at\u202f<\/span><a href=\"mailto:usa-operations@campsinternational.com\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">usa-operations@campsinternational.com<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Payment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(a) In order to confirm the chosen Expedition, the Organization or Participant (if they are paying us directly) must pay a deposit at the time of booking. The amount of the deposit will be set out in the Expedition Agreement Form and Application Form.\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(b) All further payments must be received by us in accordance with the payment timetable set out in the Expedition Agreement Form.\u202f These dates will be shown on the confirmation invoice. If paying by ACH, payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule set out in the confirmation.\u202f Reminders are not sent.\u202f If an ACH payment is cancelled and no alternative arrangements are put in place, then any outstanding payments will become immediately due when the first scheduled payment date is missed.\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(c) If full payment (including any surcharge) is not received on time, we may assume the Participant or group wishes to cancel the booking and are entitled to retain all amounts paid to date. If we delay cancellation because payment is promised, the cancellation charges in clause 8 will apply as of the date we reasonably treat the Booking as cancelled.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Cost of the Expedition<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(a) Please note that prices may change, and errors may occur. The Organization and Participants are responsible for checking the current price of the chosen Expedition at the time of booking.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(b) We reserve the right to correct prices and update errors in advertised rates at any time before your Expedition is confirmed. If we become aware of an error, we will notify you and provide the correct price at booking.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(c) Once your Expedition price is confirmed at booking, it will remain fixed, except for changes needed to correct errors or in response to:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Increases or decreases in transportation costs (such as fuel or energy prices),<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Changes in taxes or fees imposed by third\u00a0parties\u00a0(including tourist, landing, embarkation, or disembarkation fees), or<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Variations in applicable exchange rates.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">No price changes will be made within 20 days of\u00a0your\u00a0departure date.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559685&quot;:1440}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(d) If the Organization or Participants (if paying directly) are subject to a price increase under this clause, an additional $1.00 per person administration fee may apply. If the total increase (excluding insurance, amendments, and additional services) exceeds 8% of the confirmed Expedition price, the Participant may, within 14 days of final invoice, choose to: (i) accept the increase and pay the additional amount; (ii) switch to another available Expedition of equal or higher value (at no extra cost), or to a lower-value Expedition with a refund of the price difference; or (iii) cancel the booking and receive a full refund of all payments made, except insurance premiums and any amendment or additional service charges.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Special Requests and Medical Conditions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(a) Special requests must be provided in writing at the time of Booking. We will forward reasonable requests to suppliers but do not guarantee fulfilment. Noting a request on any document or invoice is not confirmation it will be met. Unless confirmed in writing, all special requests are subject to availability and not part of the contract.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(b) We cannot accept Bookings conditional on the fulfilment of any special request. Such bookings will be treated as standard Bookings.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(c) Expeditions may be physically demanding. It is the Organizer\u2019s responsibility to ensure all Participants are fit for planned activities.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(d) Any medical condition or disability affecting a Booking or Expedition must be disclosed in writing at or before Booking, and updated promptly if conditions change. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a Booking (with applicable charges) if we cannot safely accommodate a Participant or if full disclosure is not provided. We may request a doctor\u2019s certificate confirming fitness to participate.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(e) Participants are responsible for understanding and managing their own medical needs, carrying and self-administering required medication, and providing medication details. Those dependent on essential medication (e.g., Epinephrine auto-injectors) must carry at least three doses or follow their doctor\u2019s written recommendation.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(f) At least one first aid trained leader will accompany each Expedition. Participants consent to receiving reasonable medical care from staff (including prescribed and non-prescription medication, or emergency transport) if deemed necessary. All costs beyond available insurance are the Participant\u2019s responsibility.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(g) Participants or the participant\u2019s Parent\/ Guardian consent to staff obtaining or procuring any ambulances or other rescue transport, as deemed necessary, and agree to accept full financial responsibility for all medical and related expenses including transportation to the extent that it exceeds the level of insurance cover in respect of the participant for the expedition.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(h) Participant consents to receive any medical treatment deemed necessary if Participant is injured or requires medical attention during such Participant\u2019s participation in an Expedition. Participant understands and agrees that Participant is solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment and any related medical transportation and\/or evacuation. Participant releases, forever discharges, and holds harmless Camps International US and its affiliates, agents, and employees from any and all claims arising from the negligent acts or omissions of Camps International US or its affiliates, agents, or employees, associated with medical treatment and related services during the Expedition.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Changes to Confirmed Arrangements<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(a) To request changes to a confirmed Expedition, the Organization or Participants (with Organization\u2019s consent) must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Change requests are not guaranteed. Approved changes are subject to a $100 per person amendment fee plus any additional costs incurred by us or our suppliers. Changing travel dates is generally considered a cancellation and rebooking, with applicable cancellation charges. Price may be recalculated if the booking basis changes.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(b) If a Participant cannot travel, they may transfer their booking to another eligible person introduced by the Organization or Participant, subject to (i) our approval; (ii) notification in writing at least 30 days before departure; (iii) payment of any outstanding balance, a $100 transfer fee, and other associated costs; (iv) the transferee\u2019s acceptance of these Booking Conditions; and (v) airline policies (flight transfers may require cancellation and new tickets at the new price).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(c) Both the original Participant and transferee are jointly responsible for all payments due. If a replacement cannot be found, cancellation terms in clause 8 apply, and the original Participant is not entitled to any refunds for unused services or for passengers not traveling.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(d) Any original Booking discount may be reduced or removed if changes affect eligibility.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(e) If accommodation supplements have been paid and the number of people in the accommodation changes, the Organization or Participants (if paying us directly) may have to pay extra costs.<\/span> <span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(f) Any changes to critical details (departure, transportation, destination, travel dates, length, or accommodation) must apply to all members of the Booking.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u202f(g) Scheduled airlines may not allow name changes within certain periods prior to departure and may not allow these after the flight ticket has been issued.\u202f If the Organization or a Participant wishes to make a name change and this is not permitted by your airline, it will be necessary to cancel your flight, lose the money paid in respect of that flight and pay the full cost of another flight, which may not be the same flight or at the same cost as the one cancelled.<\/span> <span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(h) If the Organization chooses not to accept bookings from those who will not be part of the Organization at point of travel, the group Organizer must make us aware prior to Booking. Those affected will be offered an alternative Expedition.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Minimum Numbers<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span class=\"TextRun SCXW86147485 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW86147485 BCX0\">Some Travel Arrangements\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW86147485 BCX0\">require<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW86147485 BCX0\">\u00a0a minimum number of Bookings. Cancellations are only effective upon our receipt of written notice. No cancellation charges apply if you cancel within 7 days of the initial deposit payment; after that, the following fees apply (based on the total cost, excluding insurance and amendments, which are non-refundable). Reserve Expeditions will be of equivalent nature and standard.
