As a senior expedition coordinator, Dean works to inspire students to join our amazing expeditions. As an expedition leader, he also gets to immerse himself in the whole travel experience too. “I love to see the personal development and increased self-confidence of the students that travel with us. I am constantly inspired to see the incredible impact that they all have on the communities we work alongside, not only through their hard work on the projects, but also in the way that they interact with the local people.
