The Role

Reporting to the CIME School Teams Manager, we’re looking for a team player who has strong relationship building and sales skills to support our repeat schools through the process of launching a range of school expeditions within the UAE and beyond.

Playing a vital role in new business development, you will also represent Camps International by attending face to face meetings for both repeat and new business in addition to hosting presentations to teachers, SLT members, students and parents in pursuit of hitting and exceeding your allocated sales target as part of the wider team.

Responsibilities

  • Executing sales related activities in pursuit of your sales and conversions target.
  • Supporting the sales process – attending teacher meetings, parents’ presentations, and student launches.
  • Maintain high levels of communication and relationships with your designated leads both new and repeat – in person, over email, video call and over the phone.
  • Book meetings with teachers, SLT members and other key stake holders in pursuit of expedition launch dates and in line with SOPs and targets as set by your Sales Manager
  • Actively seek and encourage new business referrals from teachers and parents where appropriate
  • Prepare sales resources from proposals to presentations
  • Keep yourself up to date with any current affairs and product knowledge to ensure high levels of professionalism in your field
  • Actively seek guidance, support and advice from your fellow RECs, Training and Development Manager and Sales Manager.
  • Active engagement in your own PDP and continued development of Camps certification.
  • Share experience and skills with other sales teams within the Camps International Group where appropriate and instructed by Sales Team Management.
  • Identification of training opportunities and areas for development within your own performance.
  • Ensuring due diligence in your own reporting – i.e., progress reports completed accurately and on time, EAFs are submitted in line with SOPs, KPI’s on FMP, etc.
  • Monitoring your own conversion stats and taking proactive steps to improve.
  • Supporting your co-workers with cover, co-presentations, and training opportunities as appropriate.
  • Championing the Camps Effect message with your fellow RECs and ensuring a positive and motivated work ethic across the team.
  • Supporting the wider Sales Leadership Team and raising concerns through the appropriate channels in a timely manner.
  • Support the sales process remotely, where required.
  • Support the functions of wider company activities, such as the operations team where appropriate and directed.

Other Responsibilities

  • Supporting fellow team members and Sales Team management to maximize individual sales potential and job satisfaction.
  • Providing timely and accurate reports on your own workload, and specific areas delegated to you.
  • Championing the Camps International brand message in all work-related tasks and duties.
  • Supporting positive well-being across the Sales Team and report any concerns to Leadership in a timely manner.
