Day	Activities	More details
Day 1	Arrival in Nosy Be	Upon your arrival at Nosy Be’s Fascene Airport, you’ll be greeted by our friendly team. After a warm welcome, we’ll transfer you to your hotel for check-in and a chance to unwind. In the early evening, we’ll gather for a presentation introducing Madagascar and Nosy Be, focusing on the island’s remarkable biodiversity and vibrant culture. After the presentation, enjoy a welcome dinner to officially kick off your journey.
Day 2	Cultural Immersion	Explore the culture and history of Nosy Be on a full-day island tour, beginning with a guided visit to Hell-Ville and the Sakalava Museum. Discover the multicultural heritage of the historic village of Marodoka and enjoy a traditional Malagasy dance performance before ending the day at Mont Passot, taking in panoramic views across the island as the sun sets.
Day 3	Exploration and Conservation	Explore Lokobe Reserve, one of Nosy Be’s last remaining primary forests, on a guided hike through Madagascar’s unique rainforest ecosystem. Keep an eye out for lemurs, chameleons, geckos and other native wildlife before taking part in a tree-planting activity to support the protection and restoration of this incredible environment. End the day with a relaxed evening around the campfire, reflecting on your experiences.
Day 4	Exploring Sakatia Island	Travel to Sakatia Island, also known as the “Orchid Island”, where you’ll visit a local village to learn about island life and traditions before exploring the protected forest and its native plants and wildlife. After lunch on the beach, visit the Sakatia Marine Aquarium to discover local marine conservation projects, including sea turtle protection and coral restoration, before returning to the resort for dinner and a bonfire.
Day 5	Community Immersion and Environmental Restoration	Spend the day working alongside Association Miaraka Nosy Be and the local community on meaningful environmental and cultural projects. Take part in a beach cleanup and mangrove planting before learning about local conservation and picking up some useful Malagasy phrases during an environmental and language workshop. The day will also include an educational and cultural exchange, giving you the opportunity to teach English to local villagers and share knowledge before returning to the resort for dinner and a bonfire.
Day 6	Discovering Domaine de Florette	Explore Domaine de Florette, a restored nature and cultural sanctuary, where you’ll discover tropical gardens, spice and vanilla plantations, and a perfume distillery producing locally sourced essential oils. Spot wildlife including chameleons, butterflies, birds, and potentially lemurs, before learning about traditional Malagasy life through a cultural exhibition. After a traditional Malagasy lunch, take part in a hands-on cooking and spice workshop before returning to the hotel for a group reflection and farewell dinner.
Day 7	Departure	Depending on the flight time, we’ll leave the hotel after breakfast and check out a few souvenir shops before making our way to the airport.As we say our goodbyes to Nosy Be and Anjiamarango Beach Resort, we’ll carry with us the memorable experiences and connections formed during this impactful journey.
