Chris Hoare and Damian Scott-Masson

“The topic will address the return of educational travel and how important it is that we consider its potential impacts. In addition, we will look at the concept of ‘The Responsible Traveller’, linking education, travel and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and ask where school, teacher and student responsibilities lie in sustainable travel.”, reveals Chris Hoare, Head of Education.

“At Camps International, we’ve spent the last few years developing our Real World Studies programme, to enable schools to bring core curriculum topics to life, while connecting with our global network of staff and communities.”, says Damian Scott-Masson, Regional Director Latin America.

“We look forward to sharing insights and case studies during our presentation and showcasing how, along with our Climate Action Project, Real World Studies works to help schools travel sustainably and students to become Responsible Travellers.”, continues Damian.

The Camps International team will also be on hand during the conference and exhibition (12th and 13th April 2022) to answer any questions on how you might incorporate Real World Studies into your classroom, along with discussing responsible and sustainable travel.
