Sharon’s journey with Camps International began in 2010 when she freelanced as an expedition leader during a transformative trip to Kenya. This experience ignited her passion for youth development and outdoor education, inspiring her to join the organisation full-time in 2013. Since then, Sharon has been dedicated to delivering expeditions that uphold the highest safety and quality standards.
As Technical Director, Sharon played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s global operational standards, safeguarding practices, and crisis management protocols, contributing significantly to its growth and success.
With extensive expertise in education, outdoor leadership, and expedition management, Sharon is deeply committed to fostering personal development among young adventurers. In her current role as Managing Director, she continues to champion meaningful cross-cultural exchanges, empowering students to become resilient, globally minded individuals who are ready to make a positive impact on the world.
