IIP Silver AccreditationCamps is delighted to announce that we been awarded Silver accreditation against the Investors in People Standard.

The award is in recognition of Camps having ‘the right principles in place but more than that, it demonstrates people and leaders are making active efforts to ensure there’s real consistency and that everyone in the organisation are feeling the effects.’

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.

This is no small achievement and a credit to the passionate team that have upheld high standards in the face of true adversity over the past few years. This achievement does not stop here. We optimistically look ahead to the future with our people, through the continuous investment in our culture and wellbeing of everyone in the company – naturally putting purpose over profit.

The IIP assessor congratulated everyone at Camps for their contribution to making Camps a great place to work.
